Autobooking FAQ
What is autobooking?
AI powered autobooking automatically books test slots for users based on their preferences. It uses an intelligent queue system to distribute slots fairly, prioritizing users who have been waiting longest.
How does the autobooking queue work?
- When a slot becomes available, the system creates a queue based on user preferences
- Users are prioritized by waiting time, with longer-waiting users at the top of the queue
- The system aims to maximize successful bookings for users in the queue
How does the booking process work?
When a suitable slot becomes available:
- The system attempts to book the slot automatically
- If successful, you receive a notification
- If unsuccessful, your stay in the queue for the next available slot
- The system continues trying to book slots that match your preferences
Why did I get a "No Login Found" error?
This error occurs when:
- Your login session is inactive (no activity in the last 2 hours)
- The system skips your test and moves to the next person in queue
- To fix this, log in again to reactivate your session
Why did I get a "Slot Not Visible" error?
This happens when:
- We booked a slot for another user.
- This is normal. Only one user can get a slot.
- You will stay in the queue for the next available slot until a slot becomes available that matches your preferences.
Are autobooking failures normal?
Yes, autobooking failures are normal. They show that:
- The system is actively trying to book slots
- The queue system is working correctly
- Booking attempts are functioning as expected
What are the different types of autobooking failures?
You may encounter these autobooking failures:
Login-Related Failures
- No Login Found: Your login session is inactive (no activity in the last 2 hours)
Slot-Related Failures
- Slot Not Visible: Another user booked the slot before your request was processed
- Slot Already Booked: Another user booked the slot
These failures are normal and show the system is working as designed. The system will continue to try to book slots that match your preferences.
