  • Driver Number: Driver Number of the user to distinguish between users with similar names.
  • Device Information: Including unique device identifiers for security and verification purposes.

When you use the App, we automatically collect certain information, including:

  • Log Information: Such as your device type, operating system, IP address, and usage details.
  • Cookies and Similar Technologies: We may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience and gather information about your usage of the App.

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To Provide and Improve Our Services: Including personalizing your experience and addressing any issues you report.
  • To Communicate with You: Sending you updates, notifications, and other information related to your use of the App.
  • For Security and Verification: To protect against and prevent fraud, unauthorized transactions, claims, and other liabilities.
  • To Provide Cancellation Slot Notifications: Using your OAuth token to notify you of available slots promptly.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties. However, we may share Your information:

  • With regulatory authorities where required by law.
  • With Your consent for other purposes.

Storage of Login Information

Your login information used within the in-app web browser is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit this information to our servers. This data can only be accessed by the app.

OAuth Token

  • We transfer your OAuth token to our server to provide you with cancellation slot notifications. This helps you book your slot faster by notifying you of available slots promptly.
  • All data for OAuth tokens is automatically deleted in 7 days of you not using the app or immediately when our server is unable to connect to your device.
  • Your OAuth token is used by the app to autobook slots based on your preferences. We do not reserve slots unless your autobooking settings match the available slot.
  • While OAuth tokens grant access to sensitive information, we do not use or store any other personal information beyond what is explicitly mentioned in this Privacy Policy.

Retention of Your Personal Data

We will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as necessary. In the case of a test being booked via our service, your information is held until your test is successfully booked and deleted right away. In exceptional circumstances, we will automatically delete Your Personal Data after one year of inactivity in compliance with Irish data protection law.

Your Rights Under GDPR and Irish Law

Under GDPR and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018, You have the right to:

  • Access Your Personal Data.
  • Correct inaccuracies in Your Personal Data.

  • The service is only available for the duration until you get a slot. If you need to re-use the service, you will have to re-pay for the service.
  • We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever. You agree to use the App at your own risk.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under this age. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a user under the age of 13, we will delete such information from our records.

We take commercially acceptable measures to protect Your Personal Data, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
